Identifying if your pump is affected
There are two steps to identify if you pump is affected by the alert. Follow both steps below to determine if your pump is currently affected. If you still have questions or concerns you can fill out the form on this page to receive a call back from our helpline team. You can expect a response within 2 business days.
STEP 1: CHECK THE PUMP VERSION
If your pump model is version 4.10C, 4.10D, 4.10E or 4.10H and motor App 2.6A then please proceed to step 2. If your pump is not version 4.10C, 4.10D, 4.10E or 4.10H and motor App 2.6A, then your pump will not be affected by this issue and no further action is required.
STEP 2: PERFORM AN AUDIO BEEP TEST
Follow the steps listed below to determine if your pump is experiencing this issue.
NOTE: We recommend your patient repeats the Audio Beep test with every set change and once mid-way through the infusion set use to verify the continued audio functionality of the pump.

If your pump has passed the beep test and you are still feeling concerned about your pump you can request a call from our helpline team on the form below.
